random songs of memories in a Saturday afternoon at work

"Slow dancing with the moon." -It's been ages since I listened to this song, and the feeling is now something of both bitter sweetness and nostalgia, instead of the dreamy world of a sixteen year-old girl who had yet to explore love, passion, disappointment, and mistakes. I couldn't help thinking of an ex close friend with whom I have fallen out of friendship with as early as we passed 17, nor could I help going to her FB wall and post a line. I'm already prepared to get one of those two things: expected disappointment as she won't mention anything about it, or a little smile-back message.

"May be" - Enrique Iglesias. - Suddenly wanted to listen to this song, the lyrics of which fit exactly with what I had shared with the person who, on a rare occasion we talked on the phone, said to me, "I might have to pay for the rest of my life the love I had with you, but I know it was real, what we had was real, and that's just it baby."
